Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the services offered by AI Softwares House. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and our company.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by AI Softwares House ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of our website and services.
2. Services Description
AI Softwares House provides software development services including but not limited to: web application development, mobile application development, AI/ML solutions, cloud services, UI/UX design, cybersecurity consulting, blockchain development, e-commerce solutions, DevOps automation, API development, data analytics, and digital marketing technology solutions.
3. Client Obligations
As a client, you agree to: provide accurate and complete information requested for project execution; respond to communications in a timely manner; provide necessary access to systems and accounts as needed for service delivery; make payments according to agreed-upon schedules; not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom code and deliverables created specifically for their project. We retain ownership of our proprietary frameworks, tools, libraries, and pre-existing intellectual property used in the development process. We may use general knowledge, techniques, and experience gained during the project for other client work.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals and contracts. Unless otherwise specified: a deposit of 30-50% is required before project commencement; milestone-based payments are due upon approval of each deliverable; final payment is due upon project completion and delivery; late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances.
6. Project Timeline
We provide estimated timelines based on project scope and complexity. While we make every effort to meet deadlines, timelines may be affected by: changes in project scope; delays in client feedback or approvals; third-party dependencies; unforeseen technical challenges. We will communicate any significant timeline changes promptly.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This includes but is not limited to business plans, technical specifications, user data, and financial information. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of the service agreement.
8. Warranty & Support
We warrant that our deliverables will substantially conform to the agreed-upon specifications for a period of 90 days after delivery. During this warranty period, we will fix any bugs or defects at no additional charge. Extended support and maintenance are available through separate agreements.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Softwares House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. In the event of termination: the client shall pay for all work completed to date; we will deliver all completed work and documentation; any prepaid amounts for undelivered work will be refunded proportionally.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable jurisdiction.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
